BAY CITY - Although he officially took the oath of office tonight, incoming State Rep. Charles Brunner says the full impact of his new role hasn't hit him quite yet."I don't think it will sink in until I'm sitting in the chair," said Brunner, D-Bay City, who won the 96th District seat over Republican opponent Dennis Poirier in the November general election.
