May Claims Fifth Gong

ALLORA all-rounder Adam May has won his fifth consecutive Player of the Year award for the Allora Cricket Club. The medium pacer and hard-hitting, right-hand batsman, who also skipper's the Warwick Cricket Association Mitchell Shield team, scored 255 runs for Allora in the 2010/11 season. His top score was 79, his runs coming at an average of 39.5, and his 10 wickets from seven games at 17.9. Newcomer Aaron Vietheer was named Best New Talent after an impressive tail-end to his season, with 155 runs off his last six innings and a top score of 52.
