GREENCASTLE -- Fewer than 24 hours before our historic snowstorm, Greencastle on Oct. 28 had its Halloween parade. The 23-member Greencastle Exchange Club sponsored the 20-minute parade, which drew about 25 entries, according to club member and committee chairman Nathan Nardi. "It's really all about the kids and having a little fun at this time of year," said Nardi, who was happy with the number of participants, considering there was a Blue Devils football game at the same time.
